Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Service
ExtensionOps provides browser-extension release analysis, release evidence, remediation tooling, validation orchestration and related release-operation features. A Release Confidence score is a technical readiness signal and is not a guarantee of approval by Google or any marketplace.
2. Who may use ExtensionOps
You must have authority to access, connect, scan or request changes for any repository or browser-extension listing you submit to the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of repository and account information you provide.
3. Repository access and changes
Public scans are designed for static analysis. Connected GitHub access is limited to repositories you authorize. Findings and remediation are reviewable. Any automatic release capability must be explicitly enabled by the customer.
4. Payments and subscriptions
One-time services are charged at the price shown at checkout. Pro is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless required by law.
5. Third-party services
GitHub, Google Chrome Web Store, Google Cloud and Stripe are independent third-party services. Their availability, policies, account restrictions, review decisions and outages are outside ExtensionOps control.
6. No store-approval guarantee
Marketplace review remains controlled by the marketplace. ExtensionOps does not promise that an extension will be approved, remain listed or avoid every policy issue.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use ExtensionOps to access repositories without authorization, distribute malicious extensions, bypass platform security controls, abuse third-party infrastructure or misrepresent a product to a marketplace.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your repositories, extension code and customer data. ExtensionOps retains ownership of its software, rules, service logic and product materials. Remediation generated for your repository may be used by you in that repository.
9. Availability and changes
The service may change as browser stores, APIs and policies evolve. We may update or discontinue features when required for security, platform compatibility or product operation.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExtensionOps liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit it.
11. Operator and contact
ExtensionOps is the service name. The seller or operator identity applicable to a purchase is shown in the checkout, receipt or invoice where required. Questions about these terms can be sent to extensionops.app@gmail.com.
